Weeks 3 & 4 |And it happened… What #WeightLoss?

I have to start this post with applauding people who actually lose weight and keep it off. For those of you who have a goal and make it happen. It has happened… I am struggling. I am a month in, and just about over it. And especially, when it’s my time of the month. I don’t want to do anything and I just want to eat junk. I get so moody and emotional and it really messes me up. And on top of all of that, I was out of town a few days for a work trip and let’s just say I wasn’t on my best behavior. 



On another note, how do you feel about my snapchat filter? It totally thinned my nose! Anywho, I won’t make you hit the flip to see that I haven’t lost any weight, in fact- I’ve gained 2 lbs. So, please, pull all of your prayer warriors together for my weight loss struggle! Thanks in advance, guys- you are the best. 

** Recap- I am trying to lose a decent amount of weight by my October 22nd birthday. Can I do it? I have 18 weeks to go!
