Back in the saddle
Hey guys and Happy Monday! Just checking in after a long weekend to let you know how my week 2 went and to find out about yours. I want to know if you stuck to the challenge and how you feel. I’ll go first. Week 2 was definitely better than last week. I ate my prepped meals all week and I exercised twice! Yep! LOL, I know I could have done better and I am trying.
As you can see, I tried to have a great balance of veggies in my meals to help me avoid too many rices, pastas and breads. I lost 3.5 lbs this week and I am pretty pleased with my progress. If I can lose about 8-10 lbs a month I will be happy and at a decent, manageable weight by summer. I hope you guys are on track and being consistent.
I guess the main goal is to not revert back to what got us here in the first place, which is usually my MO. I can usually lose weight but I have always, every single time gained it back by reaching my goal weight and stopping exercising completely and just eating any and everything I desired. I’m getting older, so I am going to try to make this a lifestyle change, instead of a quick weightloss fix. Tell me how your week 2 went, and how you can improve this week! Good luck!
