Ok folks, as you read in my title, I am declaring last week as my last week 1. Meaning, no more stopping and starting over. I am taking control of my health. I am going to be more consistent and also accept that I would eat perfectly every day. But I will be conscious of all of my decisions where eating and exercise are concerned…..
Now, moving onto my last week 1- was pretty decent. I ate well, except for Saturday. Although I had a raw kale wrap it was from a vegan restaurant it is still considered eating out, and that is apart of my challenge- no eating out! I only exercised twice this week, due to my womanhood’s outstanding routine of every 28 days, you catch my drift, and I drank plenty of water, almost a gallon every day!
I lost 3 lbs, so I won’t complain. I will indeed try to do better this week with exercise and sticking to my vow of not eating out. Below you can see a sample of my meals, simple but they got the job done.
