The popular luxury Urbana Wellness Spa, from Charlotte, NC expanded with a second location in Atlanta at 240 Pharr Rd. Atlanta, GA. I was invited out to the posh Atlanta location for some mid week pampering and relaxation and I was thrilled!
The newest addition to The Shops Buckhead Atlanta- Urbana, luxury wellness spa and tea lounge, offers a great range of services. Along with body treatments, massage therapy, skin services, waxing and tinting, energy therapy, studio fusion classes, manicure and pedicure services and also a tea lounge with over 100 loose leaf teas. Urbana offers custom spa parties, retreats and packages and monthly membership options.
During my visit at Urbana I was treated to a few of their signature services, including a skin analysis, a massage, a hand scrub, a food massage and even a mini session of meditation in the tranquil yoga studio.
The Tea.
Urbana’s Tea Lounge features a rotating, seasonal selection of tea from the world’s top tea gardens. With a menu of over 100 varieties of premium-quality loose-leaf teas including green, white, black, red (rooibos), fruit blends and wellness-infused herbal teas. A variety of teas are available for complimentary sampling daily.
The Services.
Every service I experienced at Urbana left me longing for more. From my massage with Cami to my facial from Kim. All of the staff members were trained, professional and very knowledgeable. There is something magnificent about a professional who can identify your trouble areas or concerns without having to be told. That’s what I experienced with my massage and skin consult. Both identified my problems within a few moments.
Membership.
Urbana Wellness Spa sets itself apart thanks to a variety of unique offerings. Customers can purchase a membership to Club Urbana which starts at $75/month for the Silver membership and goes up to $150/month for the Diamond membership. If you aren’t interest in the membership, don’t worry. Urbana offers a reward system allowing clients to earn points with ever dollar spent! Who doesn’t love earning potential!
