#UnFatMyLife| Le Struggle
Welp, week one of the new year has officially ended, did you transition well? LOL, I don’t know – maybe you started a new job or moved to a different state. Well, I tried to get back into my healthy lifestyle. I kinda meal prepped and I vowed to drink a gallon of water everyday- which I only fell short on one day, so yay for me! I’m actually a veggie lover, I love most things that I try that are designed to be better nutrition wise. But I don’t however love to cook, hence the disconnect. So, that is forever going to be a work in progress for me as I try to do better.
I didn’t work out during week one- one step at a time right, but like I said I ate pretty consciously and I indulged in a lot of water. My plan is pretty basic- eat better, drink water and exercise and I am happy to say that I lost 5 pounds with very little effort. Yay me again! I hope you are getting into a swing of whatever lifestyle you are choosing to better yourself in 2016. Let’s make it happen.
