Week 1| #UnFatMyLife: Taking Charge
Yay!!! I was so happy even though I usually always have a big first week and week two I usually don’t lose anything. But water weight, menstrual cycle over weight, whatever! I’m just happy the scale is moving and hopefully I will be able to see it on my body soon! Have a great week and I hope that if you are on a weight loss journey that you will find the strength to keep pushing!
