Oh yeah baby, I really feel like I’m getting there. LOL. Sure it’s only been 3 and a half days, but I’m feeling good. Now grant it, this big behind has NOT yet been in anyone’s gym- but I am definitely eating well. And didn’t I read that only 30% of weight loss was exercise? Well, I’ll research more, but for now you can view my meals today.

sgiving everyone! I have so many reasons to be thankful as I’m sure you all do too. So don’t get caught us this season in the superficial things. You can replace material items but your love ones, family and friends cannot be replaced.
