New Fall TV Shows: Tuesday, September 20th

Not only does fall bring cooler temperatures, it also brings great new programming. With the exception of Scandal, the networks are super excited and very hopeful that we will love and embrace their new lineups! For the rest of the week, I’m going to try and not let you miss out on any  new shows that I feel that we will be drawn too and possibly fall in love with.  If you have to decide on which shows to watch due to conflicting schedules, I’m sorry. However I am going to DVR some shows and watch the others. Take a look below for what premieres tonight!

This Is Us 10pm on NBC

Jack and his wife – who is very pregnant with triplets — have just moved into their new home in Pittsburg. Successful and handsome television actor Kevin is growing increasingly bored with his bachelor lifestyle. Randall — who was abandoned at a fire station by his father as an infant — is a stylish New York-based businessman working to raise two daughters with his wife, Beth. These people are among a group — several of whom share a birthday — of seemingly random individuals whose lives intertwine in unexpected ways.

 Strut at 9pm on Oxygen

“Strut” is a series from executive producer Whoopi Goldberg about transgender models breaking down barriers in the industry. “‘Strut” follows a group of inspiring and resilient trailblazers who are working to change the modeling industry, and the world around them, by simply being true to themselves. These individuals will empower viewers as they live their lives fully and unapologetically, despite facing many obstacles throughout their journey.

Bull at 9pm on CBS

Dr. Jason Bull is the charming and cocky founder of successful trial consulting firm Trial Analysis Corporation, where he and his team of experts employ psychology, human intuition and high-tech data to understand jurors, lawyers, witnesses and defendants, and construct effective narratives to help their clients win. Bull’s team include his brother-in-law Benny, neurolinguistics expert Marissa, former detective Danny, hacker Cable, and Chunk, who helps perfect clients’ appearances for trial. “Bull” is inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw, who also serves as executive producer.

Side Note: ScreamQueens returns tonight at 9m on FOX and Wilmer Valderrama joins the cast as a series regular for the 14th season premiere of NCIS at 8pm on CBS.
