Tequila Herradura’s Casa Herradura event experience
Last week I had an awesome time at Tequila Herradura’s event experience, held at King’s Plow in Atlanta. The event included a tasting with Ruben Aceves, Tequila Herradura’s Master Taster- and we sampled four amazing beverages from the house of Herradura as well as learning what it takes to make them including how long each tequila is aged. During the event we also got an inside look at how the tequila is harvested from agave plants which typically is matures between seven and ten years. The entire learning experience was quite mind blowing.
Who knew there were so many intricate parts to making tequila including the various amount of months it is aged in barrels. Throughout the evening we enjoyed Mexican inspired snacks as well as special Herradura cocktails while listening to tunes from renowned Mexico city DJ’s. Enjoy pictures from the night below!
