Outdoors: Stone Mountain Park
Lately, I’ve taken to Stone Mountain as my place of exercise. It was my home a few years ago, but somehow we lost contact with each other. Recently, I purchased a pass and I’ve been walking at the park a few days a week. I enjoy being outside to walk, because it kinda gives you the push to continue on. You have to get back to your car, you know?
On the track, you can stop when you are ready, or especially the treadmill. But the mountain, or a trail- it motivates me. This particular day I climbed it!
