On My Plate: Baked Pork Chops, Acorn Squash & Sauteed Collard Greens
It’s been a long week but I hope you guys have pushed through successfully as I have tried to do and there is a lot to get done this weekend as well. But through the course of it all, I do try to cook at least once or twice a week to avoid the desire to eat out or to eat unhealthy- sometimes it works and other times it does not.
But the struggle continues and I will not give up. I would love to find a balnce between, work, home, blog and EVERYTHING else that goes on in my day to day liffe.
