Get Healthy| 30 Day Challenge
I don’t know about you guys, but I have really been slacking. It has been the hardest thing for me to get focused on my healthy lifestyle. Of course I would love to blame my lack of focus on any and everything going on in my life, but I am going to take ownership, call it like it is and admit to all of those things being EXCUSES. There I said it! So, with that said and out of the way, I have been reading various people’s weight loss stories and thinking about what I did that one time, many years ago that I lost a nice amount of weight.
The plan that I am putting into action starting Monday, February 22nd is a culmination of those things. I would love for you to join me, be supportive, share your thoughts as well in the comments, and lets try to hold each other accountable. If we start now, we can be sexier than we are today by Summer- which at the time of this post is only 122 days away. Take a look at the plan below.
Date: Feb 22nd -Mar 23rd
**Prove to yourself you can do this**
NO EATING OUT *EXERCISE 4X A WEEK **DRINK A GALLON OF WATER DAILY
**KEEP CARBS UNDER 100G **NO ALCOHOL
Ok, I know I will lose some of you on the eating out option and I will lose others on the no alcohol. You don’t have to follow this exactly, or at all, but my goal is to do just that. It will be a challenge, hence the name, The 30 Day Challenge, but I need to learn to eat out in moderation again. I need to have more days in the gym than not. So, are you in? Come on! Say yes! You have the weekend to get some groceries, meal prep, enjoy a last meal if you want it. But Monday- it will be all focus. I will be tagging my post on social media with #conquer30 because to me that says, conquer this 30 days!
Sample Day: (Protein and veggies for every meal)
Breakfast: Eggs, sautéed spinach, cheese,(optional-bacon)
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, salad
Dinner: Salmon and veggies
Snack: Nuts, Berries
