Food: Yalla ATL
Yalla is my new favorite food spot!
It is a contemporary hub of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean favorites from shawarma (chicken on a spit) to falafel (fried ball of chickpeas). I’m going to be honest, it was the first time I tried hummus and I basically just branched out and tried all they had to offer and I enjoyed every bite. From grilled eggplants and bell peppers, seasoned cucumbers, carrots and celery, the hummus that I mentioned earlier, to olives and broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms and so much more all seasoned deliciously!
The address is: Krog Street Market, 99 Krog St. in Atlanta, and you can thank me later. Te staff was friendly and took time to explain what everything was and didn’t mind trying to give me a brief description of how the different items tasted. Completely worth the $15 I spent and I ate it for lunch and dinner. When you try it let me know how much you enjoyed it!
