Happy Monday Friends!
I’m hoping that you all stayed warm and dry over the weekend, as it was a very cold and wet couple of days here in Atlanta. I stayed in most of the weekend and worked on a blanket for my Goddaughter, and I didn’t even have to get groceries because I had them delivered from Amazon! Cool, right, stay tuned I’ll share my experience with you later on. But first I had to let you all know about the amazing experience I had this past week at the Dallas- based Brazilian steakhouse chain, Fogo de Chão.
Fogo de Chão has opened its second metro Atlanta location in Dunwoody and I was invited to enjoy and witness the grand opening. Located in the Spruill, the authentic Brazilian steakhouse features fire- roasted meats that are carved table side. That’s right- beef, lamb, chicken and pork brought to your table by Churrasqueiro’s until you say STOP!
In addition to the variety of meats and seafood, Brazilian themed side dishes are offered along with a market table including a spread of shiitake mushrooms, green beans, cured meats, cold salmon, zucchini, baby potatoes, cherry peppers, baked garlic, green and black olives, beets, broccoli, roasted bell peppers and more. The restaurants doesn’t lack in any area from delicious foods, to exceptional customer service and in house made desserts, and lets not forget the full bar!
The space is beautiful as it houses an open kitchen, a beautiful wall of wines and a large outdoor patio.
Make sure you visit the new location of Fogo de Chão, at 4671 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., Dunwoody. 678-691-7268, fogodechao.com/location/dunwoody
To celebrate the new location, an introductory price of $46.50 is being offered for dinner.
