#EventuallyHealthy: Week 2

So as you guys know, this weight loss is a lifelong struggle of mine, but I am trying my best to get
back stay on the wagon. Seriously, my addiction to food feels worse than a drug addicts addiction. Anywho, the reason for this post is to update my week 2 of weight loss and share my trials and tribulations.
Without over sharing, most of you know that my husband had surgery this week, and needless to say I was nervous, and very busy- traveling back and forth the the hospital and spending the night, leaving to check on the dog and working in between. I’m not proud, but I will be honest enough to tell you all that I didn’t eat properly. When I ate it was late or after a day of not eating. So, I lost one pound. Nothing to brag about, and usually week 2 (according to Biggest Loser, is always a low weight loss week). Hubby is home now, and I meal prepped last night, so hopefully, I will regain my control this week. Wish me luck!
