Yep! Day 3 playa! LOL. Ok, check out the menu below. I think I said this already- but if I didn’t, I’m still figuring out what all I’m going to share/document. So give me a few days to work out the kinks.
Bell peppers, onions, 1/2 hot link sausage, pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
Today I returned to my left over ground turkey, on a bed of lettuce with cheese and sour cream. And a side of green beans- I’m really trying to get my veggies in!
Last night I experimented spiralized zucchini, bell peppers, onions and sausage.
