I decided to get back on track with my weight loss goals. Of course I’ve lost a few pounds, but I have been on vacation mode for about a month. I have exactly 100 days til my birthday and the day after that is my high school class reunion!!!! So, I spent most of my Sunday looking up recipes and cooking a few items to get my week off to a great start.
